“ Visited this restaurant for weekend brunch. Did not realize it was literally located inside Saks Fifth Ave at the Galleria, but it wasn't an issue for me as it gave an opportunity to shop around before and after our reservation. It wasn't busy at the time we went so it was a pretty nice and quiet vibe. Loved both the indoor and outdoor lighting in the space. The food was pretty good for brunch, but I'd be interested to come back and see what it's like for dinner. ”
“ Had an amazing birthday dinner experience here back in November of 2023 (sorry for the delay Food, drinks, ambiance, service, etc were all fantastic. They went above and beyond to accommodate my party of 8, and to make the experience special! I wish I remembered the waitresses name but she was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond. I'll be back just to chill at the bar area. ”
“ We came in on a week day on an empty night, just the way I like it. More open floor tables then booths but our presence was large enough for two couples. Close to perfect classic table settings and proper attendence to our needs. A notable choice of bread spreads was a first time experience, aside from the sweet bread I suggest saying yes to bread, no to the fancy bottled water and get to ordering. A basic menu made very well from what we had. Thelevaror brings you into a nice bar and hostess area that seems like it could handle a rush to tables or bar. It was nice to see that the few people we shared the space with was dressed appropriately to reflect the atmosphere. Eveybody should have a place to go that feels top tier because with a good meal, company & conversation, service and atmosphere comes... memories. ”
“ We went to 51fifteen's Valentine's Day Dinner. It was a three course meal. All three courses were amazing! For the main course I had lamb chops and my husband had filet mignon, which were both seasoned and cooked to perfection. My husband got the chocolate cake and I the red velvet. We had a wonderful waitress and they had a man playing the saxophone while we ate. The only thing we recognized is the bathrooms needed some attention or updating. Other than that, wonderful experience. ”
“ Started brunch with the ceviche and crab cakes. 10/10! I had the avocado and crab omelette for my entree and was pleasantly surprised. The crab is fresh and tender. Great service and nice atmosphere for a Sunday brunch. ”
“ First time visiting and it was during Houston restaurant week. The aesthetic is definitely a vibe. Parking is either valet or in the Galleria mall Parking garage. I ordered a salad, chicken with mashed potatoes, and a red velvet bread pudding. I also tried the empanadas. Everything was delicious. I wish there were veggies paired with the chicken and mashed potatoes. Service was amazing as well. While the food was good, I'm not sure I have like a craving to return. There wasn't anything that gave me "oh this is the best thing since sliced bread" taste. ”
“ Looking for a good restaurant in the Galleria area try 51fifteen. Comply to the dress code so go ahead and dress up and enjoy the ambience the food the social vibe. The service is superb, and they are willing to accommodate you. This menu is posted is part of the Houston food bank month so I had the delicious lamb chop. Nice crispy salad dessert. Oh my gosh bread pudding one of my favorites mainly when it's done correctly. ”
“ Came here to Saks fifth Avenue while shopping at The Galleria. And decided to try this bar that was cute and bougie vibes! I did not eat food but they had so much good looking food options. The drinks were really good with a lot of flavor! I ordered the Tuscan Rosemary Pear Martnini. It was very delicious and made to perfection! The service was good with a nice ambiance! I recommend here if you want a bite to eat a good drink or a break from shopping. ”
“ HRW stop number 8 for me. This place was one of my first picks when the HRW list came out. Decided to treat myself to a nice brunch and it was a great experience. As I walked in I was greeted by three different hostesses. I was taken straight to my table with no wait and was given a table next to the window overlooking the galleria. My waiter Mario was very prompt and did an amazing job showing me the different menus and going into detail about their daily specials. I stayed with the HRW menu but did order the 51fifteen mojito. It was balanced very well and super refreshing. Right after I placed my order, I was brought what I thought was a bread basket and butter but in fact it was blueberry muffins. Freshly baked and delicious. My first dish was the house salad that was mixed greens, mangos, strawberrys, blueberry's covered with a basil cilantro lime dressing and just a little parmesan cheese on top. Everything tasted so fresh and the overall salad felt light when I was done. My main course was the 6oz New York strip steak and eggs. This coke with gratin scallop potato's and crispy onion rings. I was asked how I wanted my steak and I requested medium. My steak was cooked perfect. The eggs were a very good portion size but did lack flavor. The potato's were amazing and the flavor was spot on. The crispy onion rings provide a nice texture change to the dish. The fine course was desert and I picked the Nutella strawberry banana crêpe. Again the fruit was fresh and of course you can never go wrong with Nutella. My only complaint is there could have been more Nutella. Overall it was a great brunch. Everything was top notch from the service, food, ambience and the pianist taking request. I'm looking forward to coming back! ”
